Terms and Conditions of Use


At the time of booking it will be essential to communicate all the personal data of the customer. For multi-day trips, a deposit of 25% of the total participation fee must be paid as a deposit and an advance on the price. The balance must be paid within 15 days from the departure date of the trip. For day trips, however, payment will be made in a single solution and in any case no later than 15 days from the date of departure.


Payments can be made directly online by credit card or Pay-Pal account, in cash at the office of the agency or directly by bank transfer.


In the event of failure to reach the minimum number, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the trip up to 15 days before departure, with full reimbursement of the fees paid.



The cancellation of the trip communicated by the user involves penalties in accordance with what is specified in the conditions set out in each program.


The penalties are calculated on the entire amount of the trip, regardless of the deposit paid. No reimbursement is payable in the event of interruption of the tour already undertaken or for denied boarding due to lack or irregularity of personal travel and / or expatriation documents.


The consumer can withdraw from the contract, without paying anything, only when the change in price is communicated to him, in which case, if he exercises the withdrawal, he has the right, alternatively, to take advantage of another package or single tourist service, or to be reimbursed for the part of the price already paid at the time of booking.



The travel documents will be delivered before departure and will contain important information for the conduct of the tour and must be read carefully. Any changes made for technical reasons will be communicated through the travel documents.



Serious food problems or intolerances must be reported at the time of booking in order to allow reporting to restaurants and hotels.



The rates are expressed in euros, per person with accommodation in a double room.



The category is expressed on our tours we use 3-4 star hotels. Single room reservations are subject to a supplement. Generally the rooms will be available no earlier than 2.00 pm and on the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am.



In our tours there is almost always the presence of a companion for the entire duration of the tour to ensure the smooth running of the trip. Failing this, it will be the responsibility of the on-board personnel of the means of transport to give the customer the right indications to follow.



The marked departure and arrival points could be managed by connecting shuttles to the main vehicle. Seats on the bus are assigned in order of reservation without supplement for the first rows. In case of special needs it is advisable to report them at the time of booking. The assignment is indicative and subject to change by the Agency and / or the crew.



Speranza Viaggi declines all responsibility for personal items forgotten during the visit or on board the vehicles used during the trip.



Speranza Viaggi declines all responsibility for the consequences deriving from a possible delay of Messrs. participants with respect to the scheduled appointment times and / or communicated from time to time by the accompanying person and / or by the crew. For Messrs. participants absent in the places and at the established times, the intention to continue the journey individually is considered implicit. The same are therefore required to reach the destination locations or return to the starting points independently, at their own expense with their own means or in the manner they deem most appropriate. Any personal effects left in the service vehicles and recoverable will be returned to the agency’s headquarters.



Speranza Viaggi is not responsible for damage caused by any delays, strikes, natural disasters, road accidents and slowdowns, adverse weather conditions, lack of electricity, water, telephone line, etc. Any costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the aforementioned events are not attributable to the agency.



During the tour it is possible that for various reasons not deriving from our organization (climatic, political, health, etc.) the order of visits and excursions may be changed. It may happen that during a tour the opening hours and admission times to churches or monuments change and some of them are not accessible. In this case, the visit or visits will be replaced with other sites of interest, where possible, guaranteeing the correct execution of the program. The itineraries may be subject to variations due to limitations or closures in force at the time of reconfirmation.



The meals offered are generally from a fixed menu. The description of the number of courses is described in the itinerary. There is no refund for unused lunches due to delays or optional excursions.



Tips are not mandatory and therefore are never included in the participation fee.



We guarantee customer assistance on the go 24 hours a day. The number of our assistant will be provided in the travel documents to contact in case of need.



Medical and luggage insurance is provided for all multi-day trips. It is possible to take out supplementary insurance against cancellation penalties to be requested when booking the trip by paying the supplement indicated from time to time and valid for certifiable reasons in the event of illness, accident or other conditions specified in the contract.
